There are many doTERRA essential oils that can be ingested and are perfectly safe. Essential oils are just the oil extracted from the plant.

2 T Maple Syrup, 1/4 C Coconut Oil, 1 bag Salted Natural Popcorn, 8 drops On Guard, 1/2 t Cinnamon. Warm coconut oil and maple syrup over low heat, whisking together. Drop essential oil into the mixture, whisk and pour over popcorn. Mix into popcorn, sprinkle cinnamon and let cool before covering.
