There are many doTERRA essential oils that can be ingested and are perfectly safe. Essential oils are just the oil extracted from the plant.

I think it’s a really easy way to get the flavor and not have to do a lot of work like washing, chopping and cutting fruits and vegetables. I’m all for making my life easier and I think most of you are too. If you’ve never tried doTERRA essential oils in cooking this is the perfect opportunity to start. 2 T Maple Syrup, 1/4 C Coconut Oil , 1 bag Salted Natural Popcorn, 8 drops On Guard, 1/2 t Cinnamon . Warm coconut oil and maple syrup over low heat, whisking together. Drop essential oil into the mixture, whisk and pour over popcorn. Mix into popcorn, sprinkle cinnamon and let cool before covering.
